At Zodium Boutique we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not, you are able to return the order.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. We will not refund the cost of return postage. If you have received a faulty garment or an incorrect garment (due to Zodium Boutique's fault), we will cover the cost of your return postage.
In compliance with the Australian Consumer Law we will provide a refund if there is a major fault with the item purchased. We offer a repair or replacement on the item where available. If we cannot repair or replace the item it will be refunded. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Zodium Boutique's discretion. If a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO ZODIUM BOUTIQUE?
1. Fill out the Returns Form and enclose it with your parcel and send your parcel back to 3B/47 DOURO ROAD, SOUTH FREMANTLE WA 6162 (Return shipping is at your own expense)
2. Once your return has been delivered and accepted (see terms below), your card will be refunded
3. Returns will be processed between 2-5 business days of receiving the item (allow more time during peak periods)
